I have been trained to do Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Insomnia (CBTI) since 2020 and have helped address my client’s insomnia difficulties. I have experience with stroke, post covid, ALS, and cancer populations as well as the general population. CBTI is the best evidence-based research method to help resolve insomnia without pharmaceutical intervention.
